About
Grow, Connect, and Nourish Your Community!
Established in 2012 with 25 beds, the Lilburn Community Garden has more than doubled in size to 58 beds, including 6 handicapped accessible easy access beds. Members rent a garden bed for a year and may grow vegetables, fruit, or flowers.
During peak growing season (April – October) we offer gardening classes (beginners and experienced folks are welcome) on select Saturdays – check our Facebook page for dates, times and topics. We encourage members to donate any excess produce to Lilburn Co-op. The Board maintains some beds exclusively for the Co-Op. Anyone can tour the garden and enjoy the view but picking produce is exclusive to the families who planted and nourished their gardens.
Our Vision: To grow our community by creating and sustaining a community garden to nourish the body, to nurture the spirit and to encourage learning.

Our Mission
To create an opportunity to grow food for area residents and local food banks, to cultivate community interaction and fun across all ages, cultures and income levels, to provide a learning environment for organic sustainable growing practices, and to beautify Lilburn.
